HOW TO FIND US

When using your sat nav, use the postcode YO26 7QL. This will take you to Ness Lane in Tockwith, which is at the Western end of the village - closest to Cowthorpe.

DIRECTIONS ONCE IN TOCKWITH

From Cowthorpe, Ness Lane is the first road on the left after the airfield as you enter the village.

The gate on the left hand side has a sign on it for Transitions. Turn left onto the lane and park next to this field.

From Long Marston, you will travel through the village. When you see the church on your left, Ness Lane is the next road on the right, just after the new housing development. You will see the sign for Transitions on a gate at the end of the lane. Turn onto the lane and park on the left, next to this field.
