SERVICES AT TRANSITIONS
All our services are tailored to each individual and are centred around the ethos that all reparative work needs to happen in the context of positive relationships. Our work draws on elements of the following models Equine Therapy, Think Like a Pony, Biodynamic Therapy, WILD Passport and Forest School, as well as The Thrive Approach. We aim to deliver an embodied therapeutic experience that supports physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through providing opportunities to connect with nature, animals, ourselves and other people.
THE SERVICES WE OFFER
ALTERNATIVE PROVISION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
In our Alternative Provision we provide support for young people in KS2, KS3 and KS4 who benefit from spending time in a setting outside of mainstream education.
Relationships are at the heart of our approach. We support our students to re-engage in life and learning by offering opportunities for connection and nurturing curiosity.

PRIVATE ONE-TO-ONE ADULT SESSIONS
We offer privately funded one-to-one sessions of Equine Therapy, Body Psychotherapy or a combination of these.
These sessions offer an alternative to traditional talking therapies and a truly embodied experience. Our approach is based on the principle that our emotional, mental and physical processes are always connected. These sessions are available for adults who wish to explore issues impacting their daily life or longer-term difficulties which affect their overall wellbeing.
